Hi, I’m Laura, the owner of LHC Sports Massage, based at The Old Bank Kirkburton. I’ve spent over 15 years working in the NHS, firstly as a midwife and later as a Public Health Nurse. That experience has given me a real understanding of how the body works, how it heals, and the importance of taking time to look after yourself.

I’m a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, offering a range of treatments including sports massage, hot stone massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and deep tissue facial massage. Each treatment is tailored to you — whether you’re recovering from injury, easing muscle tension, or simply needing some time to relax and reset. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and take a bit of time for themselves.
